The Funeral

The funeral service was phenomenal. There were two of the best sermons I have ever heard. The service will be up on the Wyatt website in the next few days. Scott did very well throughout the services, and on the way back to his house he said that the visitation, the funeral and the graveside were very helpful for him. I am amazed and thankful for God's provision of grace during this time for Scott. He's got a long way to go, but there will be a ton of people around him to support him.

Scott - you have been on my mind since I first heard about the accident. I never had the honor of knowing Jill but she sounds wonderful. I can tell by reading all the posts that you both were blessed to have each other. I just wanted you to know that you and Bryce are in my thoughts and prayers. I know it won't be easy and some days (and nights) will be harder than others but you appear to have a great network of support to help you.

in His love,

When you remember me, it means that you have carried something of who I am with you, that I have left some mark of who I am on who you are. It means that you can summon me back to your mind even though countless years and miles that may stand between us. It means that when we meet again you will know me. It means that even after I died, you can still see my face and hear my voice and speak to me in your heart.---

Scott,
Having met you, and being welcomed by your church family as a visitor, I am deeply moved by your loss. Saint Paul tells us to "pray without ceasing"...I plan on taking his advice, and in particular, remembering you and Bryce in my prayers.
May Peace be with you,

Jill's funeral was wonderful! Yesterday was A GOD GLORIFYING Day, was if not?!?! As we sang I truly felt the praise that Jill would have wanted! At times I couldnt help but SMILE as I thought of Jill at the feet of her father praising him as WE shed tears over her loss but praising HIM for where she is today!

The service touched me greatly!

Scott, we love you and will be there for you in the days to come!!

Scott-

I can't fully express the sorrow that Stephanie and I feel for you and your son. I was thinking of you (and the ABC Gang from Mrs. Prince's 3rd grade class) over the weekend. Please know that you are in our prayers and the prayers of our church. May God bless you and keep you during this unimaginable time.

Love,

Chris and Stephanie Beasley
