A Grief Sanctified

This is a book by J.I. Packer. Anything with his name on it is golden. I will be adding it to my library. It includes a journal of Richard Baxter on the loss of his wife.

Thanks, Jonathan. That one looks great. Several others that may find of help are 1) A Severe Mercy, by Sheldon Vanauken (not sure if I spelled the last name right) (this one is about a young man and his wife who become Christians in part through their friendship with C.S. Lewis - you may not agree with all the theology, but it is from a young man's perspective, as he learns to see God's hand in the loss of his wife) and 2)The Problem of Pain and A Grief Observed by C. S. Lewis ( C.S. Lewis lost his wife Joy to cancer - the movie Shadowlands is based on his story, but the book is much better) and 3) Bold Love, by ??? - I can't remember, but I think it is published by NavPress - ( this one is about how God's love is manifest to us for the purpose of sanctifying us and how we can show this same love to others).
